Position Overview

The Submissions & Release Manager will manage our platform-related roadmaps, submissions processes and communication tracking across publishing and studio teams.

You’ll work closely with our production, QA and marketing teams at our partner studios to ensure our titles are ready to launch.  As the bridge between publishing, developers and platforms, this role is pivotal in maintaining a strong relationship with Valve, Epic, PlayStation, Microsoft, Nintendo platform/tech teams and others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communication & reporting: Maintain communication and reporting both into and out of the studios related to submission and release.

  • Tracking: Tracking launch readiness for titles and manage release issues raised by platforms, coordinating with development and publishing teams to resolve.  Work closely with marketing and CRM by tracking all dependencies, feedback, deliverables and deadlines and following up where necessary. Track release issues across all and work with development and publishing teams to resolve.

  • Process: Manage age-rating processes, store website and localisation, submission QA and setting up games on all platforms.

  • Roadmaps: Monitor game progression to ensure we have confidence in roadmaps and proactively support alignment between Studio and Publishing leadership teams to maintain a centralised group level view of projects.

  • Education: Stay updated on all platform documentation and requirements, updating internal processes when necessary and provide training to support teams where necessary.

  • Coordination: Work with marketing teams to ensure all storefront assets are updated, uploaded and ready for launch, and all required localisation is translated and reviewed.

  • Risk Management: Ensure risk and mitigation trackers are consistently reviewed and work with the studios to pre-empt solutions.

  • Support: Adhoc needs such as generating, distributing and tracking game keys.

Key skills

Must have experience managing submissions and release across PC and console storefronts

Must be proficient in project management and reporting methodologies
