TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE GAMEPLAY!

You are tasked with delivering an EMP to Machine Tower, the Axis HQ at the heart of New Germany. When you arrive, it will detonate to entirely disable their Mech production and communications capabilities and turn the tide of war.

To achieve your goal, you must safely escort the Command Vehicle, which carries the all-important EMP. In every mission, you must protect this unit at all costs using your Mechs. Should fail and the Command Vehicle is destroyed, your run will end. To succeed, complete all the missions in each of the four regions and defeat their final bosses.

Move your units by selecting them and then selecting the tile you wish to move them to. Combat is automatic, based on your unit's attack range which is shown when the unit is selected. Anticipation and positioning are key as you won't fire and are more vulnerable while moving! A master tactician manages combat, protecting the Commander Vehicle AND makes time to complete Bonus Objectives for additional rewards.

Mechs come in three basic types: Ballistic, Explosive, and Flamer. Use type advantages, elevation bonuses, and cover to outplay your enemies. During each run, you'll earn temporary Enhancements to make your mechs more powerful and prepare you for the region boss. Between runs, you can spend Scrap, a currency earned during your run, to purchase permanent Upgrades for your Mechs.

Your Pilots also have their own abilities and upgrades! Each Pilot offers a unique ability like placing mines, allowing your mech to leap across the map, and more. Use the Valor currency earned from runs to upgrade these abilities to gain more uses, deal more damage, etc. Mix and match your pilots with your mechs before each run to discover new combinations.

HOW DO I ADJUST GRAPHICAL/DISPLAY SETTINGS?

Settings such as resolution and display modes can be accessed using the Esc key and navigating to Settings > Graphics.
