Key titles under Megabit currently in development include OtherSide Entertainment’s Thick As Thieves, the surreal fever dream OMUT from Madame Cyclone, Grit and Valor 1949 from Milky Tea, and the cozy open world adventure Lou’s Lagoon from Tiny Roar.
Position Overview
As part of the Growth team, the Senior Digital Campaign Manager will play an important role in shaping the growth strategy for multiple titles across PC and console to hit business KPIs and support our Go-To-Market plans.
You’ll work closely with our marketing team, internal creative team and agency partners to execute, track and optimise digital marketing campaigns that will drive growth by maximising ROI through email, web, advertising in social and other channels as well as ASO.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid media:
- Build and execute paid media campaigns across paid social, video and display channels identifying target audiences and territories
- Monitor and track campaign performance as well as optimize ads to achieve maximum ROI and exceed KPIs
- Lead detailed weekly and monthly reviews of platform performance, presenting insights and clear next steps to scale as well as optimise campaigns and develop new media strategies
- Execute a robust testing programme focusing on improving efficiency, refining our acquisition strategies and scaling results profitably.
- Research competitor’s advertising activity, compile best practices and be informed of latest trends in paid media and user acquisition
SEO and Store optimisation:
- You will work with the marketing team and our release manager to drive and implement tests and experimentation across our store pages aimed to enhance visibility, promote organic traffic, and improve conversion rates through a well-rounded approach
- You will support the team to optimise on-site and off-site performance, driving improvements in organic traffic, rankings, email capture and sign-ups for our website.
Website and digital content:
- You will support with the creation of new game pages and landing pages to stakeholders’ requirements.
- You will ensure that data tracking and pixels are implemented and data is collected correctly.
- You will work with our data analyst to produce reports on website activity
Email marketing:
- You will work with our creative team to design email templates for our games to stay within brand guidelines.
- You will build and execute email marketing campaigns to support key marketing beats
- You will track and analyse email marketing performance
Creative:
- You will work closely with internal creative teams to create best-in-class digital marketing assets and winning ads
- You will create a playbook with creative best practices for ad creation
Key Skills
- In-depth knowledge and proven experience in paid media execution with a focus on digital platforms (Meta, Reddit, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.) within the entertainment or gaming industry
- Results-oriented and data-driven mindset with the ability to understand metrics and interpret campaign performance. Experience with GA4 and/or business intelligence tools
- Experience in briefing and collaborating on ad creative with a focus on data-driven insights and brand alignment
- Strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to think creatively and outside of the box to solve problems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A passion for games with a strong interest and knowledge of latest trends and industry innovations
